The Katazoom SMS program may be used to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding requested services, quotes, projects, appointments, installations, customer service matters, and promotional offers, depending on the SMS program to which the recipient has opted in.
Message Types
Katazoom may send transactional or service-related messages, including quote confirmations, responses to inquiries, project updates, scheduling communications, and appointment or installation reminders.
Katazoom may also send promotional messages, including offers, specials, promotions, or other marketing communications, to recipients who have provided the applicable consent for promotional SMS communications.
Consent for one SMS program or message type does not automatically constitute consent to receive other types of SMS communications where separate consent is required.
